A
semi-detached family house on the outskirts of the small fishing
port of Agia Anna. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
and can accommodate from 4 to 6 people.
The house is on the outskirts of the village, in a quiet cul-de-sac
of about 10 small houses.
Agia Anna is about 10 minutes walking distance. The village
has a mini-market which sells fresh produce and there is quite
a variety of local restaurants. |

The
house is 10 minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy
beaches of Plaka and Agia Anna, or a few minutes distance by car.
One of the best fish restaurants is on the port of Agia Anna;
fresh fish is delivered every day.
The ground floor consists of an open-plan sitting room with a
kitchen and dining area and a shower with toilet. The kitchen
is fully equipped for a family and has an electric stove and a
fridge. |

The
sitting room has an open fireplace and French doors which open
on to the veranda.
A double sofa bed offers sleeping facilities for two people. The
veranda has garden furniture and provides an outdoor eating area.
From the veranda steps lead down to a small garden and the store
room with a washing machine which can be used by the guests.
On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, one with 2 adjacent
single beds and one with double bunk beds and a second shower
with toilet. |

Both
bedrooms have fitted cupboards and a balcony. One of the balconies
has sea views, the other looks towards the country side.
From the kitchen there is access to a small front garden.
The outside area is very safe for children because there is
no through traffic.
In the season there are regular local buses from Agia Anna to
Naxos town.

During
the season, Agia Anna has a small supermarket which supplies fresh
bread, milk, fruit and vegetables as well as general supplies.
Naxos town, about 10 minutes driving distance, has some excellent
supermarkets and a general range of shops.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is recommended. |
