main floor consists of an open-plan spacious sitting room with
an adjacent dining area and fitted kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee
machine, toaster etc.
The sitting room area
opens on to a very spacious balcony with sea views.
Two double sofa beds offer sleeping facilities for up to 4 persons.

The
lower floor has a spacious double bedroom with fitted cupboards
and an adjacent bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
There is also a washing machine which can be used by the guests.
The upper floor also has a double bedroom and adjacent shower
room.
Both bedrooms have a double bed and open on to spacious balconies
with extensive sea views.
Every balcony has outdoor furniture. |

The
apartment is about 5 minutes walking distance or a few minutes
driving distance both from the large sandy beach of Plaka and
from the village and the beach of Agia Anna.
Plaka beach is about 5 km long and considered to be one of the
best beaches in Greece.
The beach has a variety of traditional restaurants and cafe's
and some restaurants with an international cuisine. |

The
village of Agia Anna has one of the best fish restaurants on Naxos.
The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.
The adjacent accommodations are built in such a way as to preserve
privacy.
During the season, Agia Anna has a small supermarket which supplies
fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables as well as general supplies.

town, about 10 minutes driving
distance, has some excellent supermarkets and a general range
of shops.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is recommended.
