beach is next to a protected area with has a rare species of dwarf
cedars.
The Alyko villa is part of a small group of private villas all
set in their private grounds in a quiet rural location.
The total surface area of the villa is 160 m2, the landscaped
garden is 1200 m2.
The villa is built on 3 levels and has extensive and well furnished
terraces with areas of both sun and shade. |

room with an adjacent kitchen.
The sitting room has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with
a home cinema system.

sets of French doors open on to the front terrace from the living
room and kitchen/dining room.
The front terraces have comfortable outdoor furniture with a marble
topped table and are partially shaded by wooden pergolas.
The terraces provide outdoor dining areas with beautiful views
towards the sea and lead to the swimming pool. |

The swimming pool is surrounded by extensive stone terraces
with sun loungers and a wooden gazebo, perfect for sunset drinks.
The top floor consists of the master bedroom with an en-suite
shower room.

luxurious accommodation in a rural area with a variety of beautiful
beaches within easy reach.
There are a variety of excellent traditional restaurants within
easy reach; Faros restaurant is a few minutes walking distance.
The nearest mini market is at Pirgaki beach, about 1 km distance. |

nearby hamlet of Kastraki, about 2 km. distance, has a small supermarket
which supplies fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables as well
as general supplies.
Two larger supermarkets are at Mikri Vigla, about 7 km. distance.
Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance, has some excellent
supermarkets and a general range of shops.
