A
new villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms near the beautiful
sandy beach of Alyko with accommodation for up to five people.
The villa is within walking distance of Alyko beach; the beach
is relatively quiet, even at the height of the season.
The area next to Alyko beach is a protected nature reserve because
of a rare species of small cedar trees which grow on the headland.

Wild
oregano and thyme and a variety of aromatic plants can be found
in the area and below the headland are a succession of small sand
beaches.
The villa has been built to high standards and has been designed
by one
of the best architects on the island.
The ground floor of the villa consists of an open-plan sitting
room with a fitted kitchen and a large comfortable bathroom with
a shower. |

The
kitchen opens on to walled terrace with a marble topped table
and comfortable seating which provides a sheltered outdoor dining
area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob and oven,
a fridge and a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc.
From the sitting room French doors also open on to a spacious
front terrace which has views to Pirgaki beach in the South. |

The sitting room has a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress which
can be used for a fifth person.
The lower floor has a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent
shower. The bedroom opens on to a totally sheltered covered veranda
with a full size wooden sofa with comfortable cushions.
The first floor bedroom
has twin beds and opens on to a very spacious balcony with panoramic
sea views.

Both
bedrooms have fitted cupboards.
Marble stairs lead to a spacious roof terrace which has sun
loungers and beautiful sea views.The sunbathing terrace affords
complete privacy.
The roof terrace has views along the entire Southwest coast
from Alyko to Mikri Vigla, to the South towards Pirgaki beach
and to the mountains of the interior of the island.

The villa has a washing machine which can be used by the guests.
Faros taverna, which is a good local restaurant and which has
a full size swimming pool, is within a a few minutes walking distance.
The pool can be used by guest for a small charge.
There are some excellent local restaurants in the area, one of
them is one of the best on the island. |

The
nearest mini market is at Pirgaki, about 1 km distance.
Two larger supermarkets are at Mikri Vigla, about 7 km. distance.
Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance, has some excellent
supermarkets and a general range of shops.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is essential.
Car rental can be arranged and your car can be delivered to
the port or the local airport for your arrival at no extra charge.
