first floor consists of an open plan sitting room and a fitted
kitchen.
French doors open on to stone terraces with beautiful sea views.
The large front terrace with pergola provides areas of both sun
and shade.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc. |

The
second level has a double bedroom with fitted cupboards and an
en-suite shower room. French doors open onto a balcony with beautiful
sea views.
A marble staircase leads to a large sunbathing terrace with beautiful
views both towards the sea and the surrounding country side.
The walled sunbathing terrace affords complete privacy.

From
the first floor a staircase leads down to two double bedrooms
and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet.
From
the front bedroom French doors open onto the lower stone terrace.
There is a storage area with a washing machine which can be
used by the guests.
The villa is about 5 minutes walking distance from the sandy
beach of Alyko. The beach is relatively quiet, even in the high
season. |

The area around Alyko beach is a protected nature reserve because
of a rare species of small cedar trees which grow in the sand
dunes.
Faros taverna, which is a good local restaurant with a full size
swimming pool, is within a a few minutes walking distance. The
pool can be used by guest for a small charge.
There are some excellent local restaurants in the area, one of
them is one of the best on the island. |

The
nearest mini market is at Pirgaki, about 1 km distance.
The nearby hamlet of Kastraki, about 2 km. distance, has a small
supermarket which supplies fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables
as well as general supplies.
Two larger supermarkets are at Mikri Vigla, about 7 km. distance.
Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance, has some excellent
supermarkets and a general range of shops. |

The
villa has a washing machine which can be used by the guests.
The villa also has a wireless internet
connection.
For
general freedom and mobility, car
rental is essential.
Car rental can be arranged and your car can be delivered to
the port or the local airport for your arrival at no extra charge.
