family house near the beach, with three double bedrooms and two
bathrooms.
The villa is only minutes walking distance from the beautiful
sand beach of Angali, one of the quieter beaches on the Southwest
coast of Naxos.
Set in its own grounds, the villa has extensive stone terraces
which provide areas of both sun and shade. There are beautiful
sea views from the terraces and from the large first floor balcony.

Accommodation
is for up to 7 people.
The ground floor consists of the sitting room with an open-plan
fitted kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a double bedroom.
There is a washing machine which can be used by guests.
The sitting room has two traditional built-in sofa beds, a fireplace
and double doors open out onto the back terrace.
There is a sheltered outdoor shower on the back terrace. |

The
kitchen has fitted cupboards and is fully equipped with electric
cooker/oven, a fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher.
The upstairs bedroom has a double sofa bed, an en-suite shower/toilet
and a large sun terrace which can also be reached via an exterior
stone staircase.
There is a third double bedroom downstairs with 2 built-in single
beds.
All three bedrooms have air-condition. |

The
villa has polished marble floors and is built to high standards.
The villa is is part of a small complex of privately owned villas
which are all set in their own gardens in a rural and very quiet
location, well away from the main road.
The area can only be reached via an unpaved road which is in
good condition.
It is a very safe area for families with children because there
is no traffic.

There
are some excellent restaurants within walking distance.
During
the season, the nearby hamlet of Kastraki has a small supermarket
which supplies fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables as well
as general supplies.
Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance, has some excellent
supermarkets and a general range of shops.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is recommended. |
