The
villa is in a very peaceful location, and about 40 meters from
Angali beach. The beautiful sand beach of Angali is one of the
quieter beaches of Naxos even in the high season.
The
villa has an area of 93 m2, and 70 m2 of paved stone terraces.
Accommodation is for up to eight people.
The villa has polished marble floors throughout and air-condition,
heating and an open fireplace in the sitting room.

The ground floor consist of an open plan, split-level sitting
room and an adjacent fitted kitchen.
The sitting area has two built-in traditional sofa beds which
can be used for sleeping.
The kitchen is fully
equipped,
and there is a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher.
Both the sitting room and the kitchen open out on to the back
terraces with views to the sea. |

The
upstairs bedroom has two traditional built-in single beds. There
is an adjacent shower room with a toilet, and a washing machine.
The downstairs bedrooms have a double bed and two bunk beds
respectively.
There is space in both bedrooms to accommodate an extra bed.
The second shower room and toilet is adjacent.
The terraces provide both sun and shade and have an outdoor
shower and a barbecue which can be used by guests.

An
outside stone staircase leads to a roof terrace with beautiful
views across the sea.
A
perfect location to have a drink, some food and watch the sun
set over the nearby island of Paros.
The villa is is part of a small complex of privately owned villas
which are all set in their own gardens in a rural and very quiet
location, well away from the main road.
The area can only be reached via an unpaved road which is in good
condition.
It is a very safe area for families with children because there
is no traffic.
There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance.

During
the season, the nearby hamlet of Kastraki has a small supermarket
which supplies fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables as well
as general supplies.
Out of season, Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance,
has some excellent supermarkets and a general range of shops.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is recommended. |
