location, close to the beautiful sand beaches of Angali and
Kastraki.

beaches even in the high season.
The villa has an area of 73 square meters, and outside terraces
of 30 square meters with a barbecue and outdoor shower. The
villa has polished marble floors throughout. There is air-condition,
heating and an open fireplace in the sitting room. |

ground floor consist of an open plan, split-level sitting room,
an adjacent fitted kitchen/dining room and bathroom with shower.
The sitting room opens out on to a large terrace with views to
the sea.
The kitchen is fully
equipped;
there is an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher.
Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a traditional built in double
bed, the other bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds. |

The
main bedroom has space for two extra single beds. There is also
a shower room and toilet downstairs with a washing machine.
The terraces provide both sun and shade and the barbecue can be
used by guests.
The villa is is part of a small complex of privately owned villas
which are all set in their own gardens in a rural and very quiet
location, well away from the main road. |

The
area can only be reached via an unpaved road which is in good
condition.
It is a very safe area for families with children because there
is no traffic.
During the season, the nearby hamlet of Kastraki has a small supermarket
which supplies fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables as well
as general supplies.
There
are some excellent restaurants within walking distance.

a general range of shops.
