season. There are uninterrupted sea views from the house.

villa is 62.5 sq.mtrs. and has extensive stone terraces which
provide both sun and shade.
The upper floor consists of an open plan kitchen and living area,
a shower/toilet and a double bedroom with two single beds and
a bunkbed for a child.
The second bedroom downstairs has a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker/oven and a fridge/deep
freeze. |

The
villa has marble floors, air condition and heating, including
a fire place.
The villa is part of a small complex of privately owned villas
which are all set in their own gardens in a rural and very quiet
location, well away from the main road.
The area can only be reached via an unpaved road which is in good
condition. |

It
is a very safe area for families with children because there is
no traffic.
There are some excellent restaurants within walking distance.
During the season the nearby hamlet of Kastraki has a small supermarket
which supplies fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables and general
supplies.
Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance, has some excellent
supermarkets and a general range of shops. |
