The
Glinado Villa is a large country house with a 100 m2 swimming
pool in a rural location just outside the village of Glinado.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; accommodation is for
up to 12-13 people.
The accommodation offers a comfortable setting
for a relaxing holiday in a secluded and peaceful environment.

The
house is set in well-maintained private grounds of 7 hectares
and is within easy access of
all amenities and some beautiful sandy beaches.
Driving distance to the beaches of Plaka, Agia Anna and Prokopios
is about 10 minutes.
These are long sandy beaches which are sheltered from the prevailing
North wind. |

In
contrast, the beach
of St. George near Naxos town has ideal windsurfing conditions
and has 2 windsurfing schools.
Naxos town, about 10 minutes
driving distance, has some excellent supermarkets and a general
range of shops and waterfront restaurants.
The ground floor consists of a very spacious sitting room, the
kitchen, an entrance hall, a double bedroom and a large bathroom.

The
sitting room has 2 sofas, comfortable armchairs, a satellite
TV, a DVD player and opens on to a very spacious terrace.
The terrace has beautiful views across the country side towards
the beaches and to Naxos town.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and separate oven,
a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The
kitchen opens on to a side terrace which connects with the sitting
room terrace; both terraces provide outdoor dining areas with
both sun and shade.
From the terraces steps go down to the swimming pool and the lower
pool terrace which has sun-loungers and a small covered seating
area.
The ground floor bedroom has a double bunk bed and 2 single beds
which can be used separately or as a double bed. |

There
is large bathroom with a bath and a shower on the ground floor.
The upper floor has 4 bedrooms: two of the first floor bedrooms
have double beds, one bedroom has double bunk beds, the fourth
bedroom has twin beds and space for a third single bed.
The ground floor terrace has beautiful views across the country
side towards the beaches and to Naxos town.

The
house enjoys sunset views from the terraces and balconies.
The bedrooms on the first floor all have access to a large balcony
which has enough space for the ping-pong table which can be
used by the guests.
In addition, two of the bedrooms have their own balcony.
The
nearby village of Glinado has a bakery, a small grocers shop,
a local butcher and some good traditional tavernas.
