Glyfada Beach Villa is in a beautiful
location, only minutes walking distance from the sandy beach of
Glyfada.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; accommodation is for
up to 6 people.
The villa is in a quiet location and has beautiful sea views in
all directions.
Glyfada
beach is one of a long succession of sandy beaches on the Southwest
coast of Naxos.

The
ground floor consist of an open-plan sitting room and kitchen,
a bedroom and a shower room with a toilet.
The sitting room has a fireplace and French doors which open onto
a very spacious walled terrace which has a pergola and beautiful
sea views.
The kitchen has sea views in the opposite direction and is fully
equipped with an electric cooker with oven, a fridge/freezer and
dishwasher.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, suitable for children or small
adults. |

The
bedroom on the second floor
has 2 full size single beds; French doors open on to a spacious
balcony which has beautiful sea views.
The bedroom on the third floor has a double bed and opens out
onto a very spacious balcony, which has uninterrupted sea views
along the entire coast.
On
the same floor is the second shower room with a toilet and a
washing machine which can be used by the guests.

Marble
stairs lead to a third balcony which has built-in stone sofas
and a pergola; from there steps lead to the roof terrace which
has uninterrupted views in all directions towards the sea and
the countryside.
In the spring and autumn the villa is close to a shallow, sweet
water lake which is just 30 cms deep and can be easily walked
across. In July and August the lake is dry. |

The
villa is set in its own grounds and has been built to high standards.
There is a walled outdoor shower on the kitchen terrace.
There is only one villa in front and the villas are built in
such a way that views to the sea are uninterrupted and privacy
is preserved.
There are a variety of relatively quiet sandy beaches to explore
not far from the villa. The nearby headland of Alyko has a rare
species of cedar trees and is a protected nature reserve. |

There
are a variety of restaurants in the immediate area, one is within
five minutes walking distance.
The nearby village of Kastraki, about 5 minutes driving distance,
has a mini-market which sells fresh produce and bread.
Mikri Vigla, about 5 kms distance, has two well supplied supermarkets.
