Glyfada beach Villa 2 has recently been completed. The owners
will be in Naxos in May and June to furnish the villa and to complete
the garden. The villa will be available for rental from the 20th
of June. |

The
Glyfada Beach Villa 2 is a new villa with
a 40 m2 swimming pool in a beautiful location, a few minutes
walking distance from the sandy beach of Glyfada. The villa has
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; accommodation is for up to 6 people.
The villa is in a quiet location and has beautiful sea views in
all directions.
Glyfada
beach is one of a long succession of sandy beaches on the Southwest
coast of Naxos.

The
main floor consist of an open-plan sitting room and kitchen with
two French doors which open onto a spacious walled terrace which
has beautiful sea views.
Part of the terrace has a pergola, a marble table and outdoor
seating which provides a shaded outdoor dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker with oven,
a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. |

The
first floor consists of the upper bedroom and adjacent bathroom.
The bedroom has a double bed, air-condition and fitted cupboards.
From the bedroom French doors open onto the balcony which has
beautiful sea views along the entire coast from Mikri Vigla
to Alyko and across the sea towards the island of Paros.
The lower floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both the lower
bedrooms have twin beds, fitted cupboards and air-condition.

The
front terrace outside the kitchen and sitting room has areas of
both sun and shade.
From the terrace steps lead down to the swimming pool which has
a sunbathing terrace paved in natural stone and with sun loungers.
The villa enjoys beautiful sunset views from both the terrace
and the pool area, perfect for evening drinks.
Next to the swimming pool is a built-in barbeque and an outdoor
shower. |

The
villa has marble floors throughout and has been built to high
standards.
The
villa is in a rural area on the edge of a shallow lake and is
part of a small group of private villas all set in their own
grounds.
Walking distance to the beach is just a few minutes.
There is only one villa in front and the villas are built in
such a way that views to the sea are uninterrupted and privacy
is preserved.

There
are a variety of excellent restaurants in the immediate area,
one is within five minutes walking distance along the beach.
The nearby village of Kastraki, about 5 minutes driving distance,
has a mini-market which sells
fresh produce and bread.
Mikri Vigla, about 5 km distance, has two well supplied supermarkets.
