surrounde by old olive groves and is within easy reach of the
village. Naxos town and a variety of beautiful sandy beaches
are within 20 minutes driving distance.
The house offers a beautiful rural environment for total relaxation
and privacy. Accommodation is for up to 7 people. |

house has been lovingly restored by its present owners and has
many interesting features.
The ground floor consist of an open-plan sitting room and a bedroom
with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a shower with
a toilet.
A double sofa bed in the sitting room can provide extra sleeping
facilities.
The first floor is reached via an outside stone staircase. |

first floor has a kitchen and dining area, a living room with
a single sofa bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower with
a toilet on the top of the outside stairs next to the kitchen.
There is an upstairs balcony with beautiful across the garden
and the surrounding country side.
The house is ideally suited to people who prefer to spend their
holiday in relative seclusion. |

The
house provides a good starting point for walking tours; there
are ancient footpaths and mule tracks which lead through the olive
groves and there are many old Byzantine churches and chapels in
the area.
For people interested in painting or photography it is an ideal
environment.
The village of Halki
has a taverna and a good supermarket. There are buses to Naxos
town several times a day but car rental is advised. |
