The
Kastro Apartment 2 is at the lower end of
the Kastro, the Venetian part of Naxos
town.
The carefully restored apartment is in a quiet little street five
minutes walking distance to the port with its many restaurants
and cafe's.
It is also close to the Archaeological museum at the top of the
Kastro which has
a collection some fine Cycladic statues and Mycenaean pottery. |

apartment is also five minutes walking distance to a supermarket
and to the main bus station; the accommodation
is conveniently close to all amenities and can accommodate between
2-4 people.
The apartment consists of an open-plan living room and kitchen/dining
area, a tiled bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a double
bedroom.
The refurbished kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric
cooker with an oven, a fridge and a washing machine. |

The
bedroom has 2 single traditional brass beds, the sitting room
has a double sofa bed and can comfortably accommodate another
person.
The apartment has been carefully restored and retains its original
character.
The accommodation is also close to the Orthodox cathedral and
to the covered archaeological site of ancient Cycladic and Mycenaean
settlements of the 3d and 2nd millennium BC which is open to the
public. |
