family house with splendid views towards the beaches of Mikri
Vigla. The villa is in a sheltered position and is a 10 minute
walk from the beach.
The property has two bedrooms with air condition, a living room,
a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, and the use of a washing
machine.
The front terrace affords both sun and shade, and the house
has access for wheelchairs.
Accommodation is available for four to five people.

bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds.
The bedrooms have air condition and heating.
There are two couches in the living room which provide sleeping
facilities for an adult and a child.
The villa can be reached via an unpaved road which is negotiable
with a normal car.

From
the car park area, there is wheelchair access to the house.
Mikri Vigla has two mini markets which are open from June until
the end of October.
Both have a full range of provisions including fresh bread,
milk and vegetables. There are a range of tavernas in the area
which serve good local food.

The main town of Naxos, which has an excellent range of shops
and facilities, is about 20 minutes drive distance.
The house provides an ideal setting for a holiday in peaceful
surroundings away from mass tourism.
The
two nearby beaches, Mikri Vigla and Orkos, are on either side
of a headland which always provides shelter to one of the beaches.

The
prevailing wind during the summer is the Meltemi; usually Mikri
Vigla beach is the most sheltered of the two beaches.
Orkos
Beach has ideal wind-and kite surfing conditions; 2 wind- and
kite surfing schools provide lessons and equipment hire.
For
general freedom and mobility, car
rental
is recommended. |
