Set
on a hillside and in a sheltered position, the villa has beautiful
views towards the sandy beaches of Orkos and Mikri Vigla.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms and provides
accommodation for up to 6-7 persons; an extra bed can be added
in one of the bedrooms for a third person if required.
The accommodation is approx.10 minutes walking distance from the
beach and the local supermarket, or a few minutes distance by
car. |

The villa is built on one level and each room has independent
access to the front terrace.
From
the sitting room French doors open onto a sheltered outdoor
dining area with a pergola.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are open-plan and separated
by a traditional built-in sofa. |

The
kitchen is fully fitted and has a cooker with an oven, a fridge/freezer,
a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom,
the second bedroom has two single beds and there is a bathroom
opposite in the corridor.
Both bedrooms have French doors which open on to the front terrace
with beautiful views along the coast. |

There
is a third bedroom which has just been added which has a separate
entrance from the garden;this bedroom has a double bed.
There is a washing machine can be used by the guests.
The villa is part of a small group of detached private villas
all set in mature gardens. From the extensive outdoor stone terraces
there are beautiful views towards the beaches of Mikri Vigla and
Orkos. |

The
only access to the area is a small private road; there is no traffic.
The hamlet of Mikri Vigla has 2 well stocked super markets which
sell fresh bread and vegetables, as well as a general range of
products.
Generally the North wind (the Meltemi) is predominant in the summer.
Orkos beach has a wind- and kite surfing school where lessons
can be obtained and equipment can be hired. |

Mikri
Vigla beach is on the other side of the Vigla promontory; regardless
of the direction of the wind, one of the beaches will be sheltered.
Naxos town and the small local airport are approximately 15 km
distance.
For
general freedom and mobility, car
rental is recommended.
