The accommodation is within walking distance of a succession
of sandy beaches, including the large sand beaches of Plaka
and Orkos.
The ground floor consist of an open plan, split-level sitting
room and an adjacent fitted kitchen.

The sitting area has two built-in traditional sofa beds and an
open fire place.
The kitchen is fully equipped
with a fridge, a ceramic hob with an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster,
coffee machine etc.
Both the sitting room and the kitchen open out on to the front
terraces with beautiful and uninterrupted views to the sea.

upstairs bedroom has a double bed and air condition. There is
an adjacent shower room with a toilet and washbasin. The
bedroom opens on to a side terrace with sea views.
The lower floor has two bedrooms with a double and two single
beds and an adjacent bathroom with a bath and a washing machine.
An outside stone staircase leads to a roof terrace which has lounge
chairs and beautiful sea views the entire length of Plaka beach. |

The roof terrace is a perfect location for sunbathing, or for
sunset drinks whilst the sun sets over the nearby island of Paros.
The villa is architect designed and built to high standards and
is very tastefully furnished by the Swiss/Italian owners.
The villa is in a quiet location, well away from the main tourist
areas.
It can only be reached via an unpaved road which is accessible
with a normal car. |

A
small Italian restaurant is in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
During the season, the nearby hamlet of Mikri Vigla has two well
stocked supermarkets and a range of traditional tavernas.
Out of season, Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance,
has some excellent supermarkets and a general range of shops.

Beach has ideal wind-and kite surfing conditions; 2 wind- and
kite surfing schools provide lessons and equipment hire.
