The accommodation is within walking distance of a succession
of sandy beaches, including the large sand beaches of Plaka

of both sun and shade; there are uninterrupted sea views from
each one.

The villa has been built to high standards; there are marble
floors throughout and the villa has central heating.
The accommodation is quite spacious and could provide accommodation
for 2 families.
The ground floor consists of a sitting room with a double sofa
bed, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The first floor has a second open-plan sitting room A/C, an
open fireplace and an adjacent kitchen. On the same floor are
two double bedrooms with ceiling fans and a bathroom with a
shower and a toilet.
Both floors open on to a spacious stone terraces with beautiful
sea views.

The
kitchen is fully fitted and has a ceramic hob and electric oven,
a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.
Both the kitchen and the sitting room open out on to a very very
large veranda with a pergola; there are areas of both sun and
shade in the day time and sunset views in the evening.
On the same floor are an entrance hall, two double bedrooms and
a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. |

One bedroom has a double bed, the second one has two single beds.
All three bedrooms have extensive fitted wardrobes.
There is a washing machine which can be used by the guests.
The villa is in a quiet location, well away from the main tourist
areas.
It can only be reached via an unpaved road which is accessible
with a normal car.
At a 100 metres distance from the villa is a small sand beach,
the long sandy beach of Plaka is just a few minutes walking distance.
Orkos Beach has ideal wind-and kite surfing conditions; 2 wind-
and kite surfing schools provide lessons and equipment hire.

A
small Italian restaurant is in the immediate vicinity of the
villa.
During the season, the nearby hamlet of Mikri Vigla has
two well stocked supermarkets and a range of traditional tavernas.
Out of season, Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving
distance, has some excellent supermarkets and a general range
of shops.
Orkos Beach has ideal wind-and kite surfing conditions; 2 wind-
and kite surfing schools provide lessons and equipment hire.
