Acommodation is for up to five persons. There are 2 double bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms.
The accommodation is within walking distance of a succession of
sandy beaches, including the large sand beaches of Plaka and Orkos.
The villa is in a quiet location, well away from the main tourist
areas. It can only be reached via an unpaved road which is accessible
with a normal car.
The villa is architect designed and built to high standards with
marble floors throughout.
Large stone terraces provide areas of both sun and shade. |

ground floor consists of an open plan sitting room with an open
fireplace, traditional built-in sofabeds and an adjacent fitted
kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge-freezer,
a dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle.
The downstairs bedroom has two single beds and extensive fitted
wardrobes.
The adjacent bathroom has a shower with a wash basin and toilet. |

A small utility room contains a washing machine, an electric iron
and an ironing board.
The upper bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.
The bedroom opens on to a spacious balcony with built-in seating
areas and uninterrupted sea views .
The washing machine can be used by the guests. |

A
small Italian restaurant is in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
During the season, the nearby hamlet of Mikri Vigla has two well
stocked supermarkets and a range of tavernas.
The supermarkets supply fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables
as well as general supplies.
Out of season, Naxos town,
about 20 minutes driving distance, has some excellent supermarkets
and a general range of shops. |
