The accommodation can only be reached via an unpaved road which
is accessible with a normal car.
The villa is architect designed and built to high standards,
with marble floors throughout.
Large stone front terraces provide areas of both sun and shade
and the terraces have beautiful sea views.
The
ground floor consists of an open plan sitting room with a traditional
built-in sofa bed and an adjacent fitted kitchen at a lower
level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a
fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and an
electric kettle.

The
downstairs bedroom has a double bed and extensive fitted wardrobes.
The adjacent bathroom has both a bath and a shower.The
upper bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
The villa is about 10 minutes walking distance from Orkos beach
which has a wind- and kite surfing school. The large sandy beach
of Plaka is sheltered from the North wind.
There is washing machine which can be used by the guests.
A small Italian restaurant (seasonal) is in the immediate vicinity
of the villa. |

During
the season, the nearby hamlet of Mikri Vigla has two well stocked
supermarkets and a range of tavernas.
The supermarkets supply fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables
as well as general supplies.
Out
of season, Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance, has
some excellent supermarkets and a general range of shops.
