This villa has spectacular sea views, stretching from Orkos beach towards the island of Paros and all along the sandy beach of Plaka towards Agia Anna.
The villa is built on three levels and provides accommodation for up to 7 people.

The ground floor consists of an open-plan sitting room with a well equipped fitted kitchen, a shower room with toilet, and a bedroom.
     
  The sitting room opens out onto a stone terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and wide stretching views sea views.
The bedroom has one single bed and two bunk beds, providing sleeping facilities for three people.
The bedroom leads to a small and sheltered garden.

The first floor has a comfortable double sofa which in the day time can be used as a spacious second sitting room and a bathroom with a shower.
     
  The sitting room has a small mini bar and a TV. The balcony at the back has a utility room with a washing machine which can be used by the guests.
The balcony at the front offers the same interrupted sea views as the lower terrace.

On the third floor is the master bedroom with a spacious double bed and an adjacent shower room with a toilet.
 
  There is a small balcony at the back. The front balcony has sun beds and offers even more magnificent sea views.

The villa can accommodate up to seven people but because of being built on three levels has a sense of space and can afford privacy.

The villa is the centre one of three villas but balconies and terraces are designed in such away that there is privacy for each accommodation. 
 
  The villa can be reached via a small unpaved private road which is accessible with a normal car.
The beaches of Orkos are within five minutes walking distance and the the whole coast in the area consists of a succession of beautiful sandy beaches.

The nearest super markets are about five minutes driving distance away; they provide fresh local produce as well as a range of general provisions.
 
  There are several traditional tavernas within close driving distance of the villa.

Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance, has some excellent supermarkets and a good general range of shops.

The villa has a wireless internet connection.
