The
Orkos View apartment is located high on a hill as part of a
small group of houses and has extensive sea views in all directions.
The apartment is built on two floors and has 2 bedrooms, accommodation
is for up to four persons.
The
ground floor consists of a kitchen/dining area which opens onto
a covered balcony with beautiful sea views. |

The
kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a fridge, kettle, toaster,
coffee machine and a washing machine.
The balcony has outdoor furniture and can be used as an outdoor
dining area.
The ground floor bedroom has twin beds.
Outside the ground floor bedroom is a sheltered outdoor seating
area which has the morning sun.

The
first floor consists of the master bedroom and a bathroom with
a bath, shower and toilet.
The bedroom has a double bed, French doors open to the the veranda
which has sea views in all directions. The views extend all along
Plaka beach, across to Orkos beach and towards the island of Paros.
The apartment enjoys magnificent sun set views. |

The
two nearby beaches, Mikri Vigla and Orkos, are on either side
of a headland which always provides shelter to one of the beaches.
From April till in the end of October the village of Mikri Vigla
has two well stocked supermarkets which supply fresh bread,
milk, eggs and vegetables as well as general groceries.
There are several good restaurants in the area.

The
prevailing wind during the summer is the Meltemi; usually Mikri
Vigla beach is the most sheltered of the two beaches.
Orkos
Beach has ideal wind-and kite surfing conditions; 2 wind- and
kite surfing schools provide lessons and equipment hire.
Out
of season Naxos
town, about 20 minutes drive a way,
has a good range of shops. |
