The
Orkos Beach Villas JP1 and JP2
are 2 semi-detached villas with a swimming pool, 75 meters from
the sea.
An internal door can be left open or when locked can separate
the two villas into 2 independent
accommodations which each have a separate entrance and front
terrace, kitchen and bathroom.
When used together as one villa accommodation
is for up to 12 persons.
The
villas are in a rural location, well away from the main tourist
areas.

Villa
JP1: The villa
is very spacious and has
a large open-plan sitting room with comfortable sofas, a dining
area and a large kitchen. From both the sitting and the dining
area French doors open on to the spacious terrace with panoramic
sea views and the swimming pool.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Two
bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has 2 bunk beds, providing
accommodation for up to 8 people.
The bedrooms
in JP1 have air-condition. |

Villa
JP 2
has an open-plan sitting room with a fully fitted kitchen.
The sitting room opens on to a stone terrace with beautiful sea
views.
The villa has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom;
accommodation is for up to 4 persons.
Both the Orkos beach villas JP1 and JP2 can be rented together,
providing accommodation for up to 12 persons. |

The
accommodation is within walking distance of a succession of
sandy beaches, including the large sand beaches of Plaka and
Orkos.
The villas are in a quiet location even at the height of summer
and provide an ideal environment for family holidays.
They can only be reached via an unpaved road which is accessible
with a normal car.

During
the season, from April till November, the nearby hamlet of Mikri
Vigla has two well-stocked supermarkets and a range of tavernas.
The supermarkets supply fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables
as well as general supplies.
Out of season Naxos town,
about 20 minutes driving distance, has some excellent supermarkets
and a general range of shops. |

When
the Orkos Beach villa JP2 is rented independently and the Orkos
Beach villa JP1 is occupied, access
to the swimming pool will be for clients of the Orkos
Beach villa JP1 only.
