The
villa is in a very peaceful rural location, a few minutes driving
distance from the beautiful sand beach of Plaka. There are three
double bedrooms and two bathrooms; accommodation is for up to
six persons.
The villa is set in its own
grounds and surrounded by farm land, providing a peaceful and
relaxed environment for families with children.
The small unpaved road to the villa is negotiable with a normal
car. A large outdoor semi-shaded sitting area affords views towards
the sea and the surrounding countryside. |

The
ground floor consists of large open plan, kitchen/dining area
and sitting room, a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet.
The villa has marble floors throughout.
The sitting room has an open fireplace with a comfortable sofa
and armchairs. Double doors open towards a large and secluded
paved terrace and the outdoor sitting area.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove
and oven, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and electric
kettle.

There
is a washing machine which can be used by the guests.
From the kitchen and from the ground floor bedroom there is access
to outside stone terraces.
The bedroom has beautiful views towards dramatic rock formations
which border the Plaka valley.
The first floor has two double bedrooms and a second shower room
with toilet. One
bedroom has a balcony
with sea views, the other has a spacious and secluded sunbathing
terrace. |

At
the back of the villa is an outdoor shower with wonderful views.
Accommodation can be extended for up to fourteen people by combining
with the adjacent and separate Plaka
Villa 1, which has four double bedrooms.
Plaka
beach is one of the most beautiful
long sand beaches on Naxos
and has a range of traditional tavernas and some minimarkets.

The
minimarkets markets provide fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables
and general supplies.
The nearby village of Agia Anna has one of the best fish tavernas
on the island.
Naxos
town, about 15 minutes driving distance, has some excellent large
supermarkets and a general range of shops.
For general freedom and mobility, car rental is essential.
