The
villa is in a very peaceful rural location, a few minutes driving
distance from the beautiful sand beach of Plaka.
The villa has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms; accommodation
is for up to eight persons.
The accommodation is set in its own grounds and surrounded by
farm land, providing a peaceful and relaxed environment for families
with children. |

The
villa has beautiful views towards the sea from the front terrace
and the large first floor terrace.
The ground floor consists of an open-plan sitting room and kitchen/dining
room.
From the sitting room double doors open towards a paved terrace
and the outdoor sitting area.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove
and oven, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster and electric
kettle.

Next
to the sitting room is a double bedroom on a slightly lower
level with an en-suite bathroom.
From the sitting room marble stairs lead down to the lower floor
which partially below ground level.
This floor has 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a
shower room and a store room with a washing machine.
The lower 2 bedrooms are next to each other, the back bedroom
can only be accessed via the front bedroom but there is a door
between the two rooms.
On the first floor is the fourth bedroom with an adjacent shower.
From the bedroom double doors open on to the large veranda which
extends to the side and
offers a private sunbathing area.

The
views from the veranda extend in all directions across the surrounding
farmland towards the sea.
The villa is the 3d villa in a row of four, all with their private
grounds in front and behind. The 2 adjacent villas belong to family
of the owner of this new Plaka Villa.
The accommodation has just recently become
available for holiday rental, dining room chairs, outdoor furniture
and sun loungers will be present. |

Plaka
beach is one of the most beautiful
long sand
beaches on Naxos and has a range of traditional
tavernas and some mini markets.
The mini markets markets provide fresh bread, milk, fruit and
vegetables and general supplies.
The nearby village of Agia Anna has one of the best fish tavernas
on the island.
Naxos
town, about 15 minutes driving distance, has some excellent large
supermarkets and a general range of shops. |
