The
Plaka View villas are in a peaceful rural location and have very
beautiful sea views along the length of Plaka beach and towards
the island of Paros.
They are the upper 2 villas of a small group of private villas,
all set in well maintained gardens and built in such a way that
privacy is maintained.
The villas have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each and can accommodate
up to 6 persons. |

The
villas are just a few minutes walking distance from the quiet
part of Plaka beach which is not crowded even at the height of
summer.
Plaka beach is a beautiful sandy beach about 4 kilometers long
and is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean.
There are a succession of sandy beaches in the area which are
partially sheltered from the North wind in the summer. |

In
the other direction is Orkos beach which is ideal for wind- and
kite surfing. There is an I.K.O. kite surfing center where lessons
and hire of equipment are provided.
At
the kite surfing center is a restaurant with an Italian chef
and
the center has wi-fi facilities. There
are no hotels in the vicinity, the area consists mainly of private
villas set in their own grounds. |

The
2 villas are fully equipped for a family. They each have a sitting
room, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room on the first
floor.
The sitting room opens
on to a large veranda which has panoramic sea views in all directions,
including beautiful sunset views.
To the side of each villa is a shaded terrace with a pergola with
outdoor furniture which provides an outdoor dining area. |

The
lower floor consists of 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with
a bath with jacuzzi.
The main bedroom has air-conditioning, the other two bedrooms
have fans.
The bedrooms open on to a front terrace and the gardens surrounding
the villas.
The villas have terraces all around which provide areas of both
sun and shade. |

The
villas provide an ideal location for a peaceful and a relaxing
holiday in beautiful surroundings.
There is a super market and a variety of restaurants about 5
minutes driving distance from the villas.
Naxos town is about 20 minutes driving distance.
