detached villa has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and is about 5
minutes walking distance from the sea and the beautiful sand beach
of Agios Prokopios.
Accommodation is for up to eight persons and the villa can be
used by 2 families if they share the kitchen.
The villa has extensive terraces with sea views which provide
areas of both sun and shade.
The villa is architect designed and has marble floors throughout.
It is built on several levels and has a sense of space and light.
The upper floor is built on two levels and consists of a sitting
room and a spacious dining area with adjacent fitted kitchen. |

sitting room an has open fireplace and a balcony with sea views.
There is cable TV and a radio/CD player which can be used by
the guests.
The dining area/ kitchen opens out to a large marble balcony
with a partially shaded area and a large marble topped table
and outdoor sofas, providing a spacious and sheltered outdoor
eating area with sea views.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and
oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster
and electric kettle. |

From
the sitting room stairs lead to a second upper balcony with
sea views.
The lower floor is built on two levels and consists of 3 bedrooms,
2 bathrooms and a utility room. The first bedroom has a traditional
built-in double bed and an en-suite shower with toilet.
The bedroom opens out onto a large paved terrace leading to
the garden with sunbathing and shaded areas. There are six sun
loungers at the disposal of the guests.

The
second bedroom has 2 single beds and a third bedroom has 2 single
beds and a double bunk bed. All three bedrooms have air conditioning
and extensive fitted wardrobes for storage space.
The adjacent second bathroom has a bath with a shower, washbasin
and toilet.
The utility room has a washing machine, an iron and a portable
ironing board which can be used by the guests. The adjacent corridor
has more fitted wardrobes for extra storage space. |

The nearby sand beach of Prokopios has crystal clear water and
is sheltered from the North wind.
There is an excellent taverna on an elevated position next to
the beach which has traditional food and beautiful views along
the coast.
The village of Agios Prokopios is about 2 kilometres distance
and has a range of tavernas and some mini markets. |

The
mini markets markets have fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables
and general supplies.
Naxos town, about 10 minutes driving distance,
has some excellent large supermarkets and a general range of shops.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is essential.
