walking distance from the beautiful sand beach of Agios Prokopios.
Accommodation is for up to four people.
Next to the villa is a self-contained apartment
with two double bedrooms, which can be used as an annex, providing
accommodation for up to eight people.
The villa is set in its own ground and has extensive stone terraces
with sea views which provide areas of both sun and shade.
The villa is architect designed and has marble floors throughout.
The first floor has two levels and consists of a spacious dining
area, a fitted kitchen and an adjacent sitting room and a shower

dining area opens out onto a large paved terrace with sea views.
A large marble topped table and traditional stone benches provide
an outdoor eating area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a
microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, coffee machine,
toaster and an electric kettle.
The sitting room an has open fireplace, a large flat-screen
cable TV and a radio/CD player. French doors open on to a paved
terrace with sea views.

The
lower floor has a utility room and a large shower room with
a washing machine which can be used by guests.
A double bedroom with twin beds and marble-topped bedside tables
opens out onto a shaded paved area from which stairs lead up
to the upper terrace.
The upper bedroom has a double bed, marble-topped bedside tables
and a balcony with sea views.

From the upper bedroom a staircase leads to a large and secluded
sunbathing terrace which has beautiful views along the coast and
towards the interior of Naxos.
The nearby sand beach of Prokopios has crystal clear water and
is sheltered from the North wind.
There is an excellent taverna on an elevated position next to
the beach with traditional food and beautiful views along the
coast. |

The
village of Agios Prokopios is about 2 kilometres distance and
has a range of tavernas and some mini markets.
The mini markets markets supply fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables
and general supplies.
Naxos town, about 10 minutes driving distance, has some excellent
large supermarkets and a general range of shops.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is essential. |
