An
exciting new building project is in progress near Alyko.
The project consists of 16 villas which vary in size from 66.80

nearest mini market is about 1 km distance at Pirgaki.
Fourteen of the the villas have already been sold.
The work on the last two will start when thay are sold; the
construction will take about 12 months.
Out
of the project, there are just two
villas of the type G1 available.
