The
location of the land |

The
Glyfada View project consists of 6 villas on a hillside near
the beaches of Glyfada and Alyko.
The land is 12000 m2 and has beautiful sea views along the Southwest
coast of Naxos from Mikri Vigla to the headland of Alyko.
This part of the coast has a succession of beautiful sandy beaches
with crystal clear water.
The villas will be in a rural location and the beaches are relatively
quiet even in the height of the season.

The land has low growing vegetation, including wild thyme, and
can be left in its natural state without much maintenance or
developed as a garden.
The back of the land is bordered by a rare species of dwarf
cedar trees which are protected and which will remain as a beautiful
backdrop to the villas.

The
Glyfada View project is new and at this stage plans can be adapted
to a great extent to the preferences of the prospective buyer.
The villas have not yet been built; once a villa is sold the
construction process will take 12-18 months.

Walking distance to Glyfada beach is about 10-15 minutes.
There are some excellent traditional restaurants in the area.
During the season the villages of Kastraki and Mikri Vigla have
2 well stocked super markets which sell fresh produce as well
as general supplies and are about 10-15 minutes driving distance
respectively. |
