The villa is freestanding and is on the side of a group of 4 private villas.

The villa has a interior surface area of 114 m2 with additional outside stone terraces and a large upper balcony, together with 1478 m2 land for private use.

The main floor consists of an open-plan living room with an adjacent dining room and kitchen.
From the living room French doors open on a covered veranda and on to the front terrace.
From the terrace there are beautiful views across the countryside towards the sea.

Each bedroom will have a storage cupboard with double doors if no built-in cupboard is present.

The central heating pipes will already be present under the floors.
The villa will have floors of Naxian marble throughout.
 
  Outside taps will be fitted which allows for a watering system for the garden. The private grounds of 1478 m2 of the villa will provide ample space for a swimming pool if required.
