The Kastraki Villa P1 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The villa has a surface area of 84 m2 with additional outside stone terraces and a balcony, together with 1365 m2 land for private use.
The accommodation is built on 3 different half-levels.

The main floor consists of an open-plan living room with an adjacent dining room and kitchen.
From the living room French doors open on to the front terrace.
     
 

From the terrace there are beautiful views across the countryside towards the sea.

In front of the living room is a sheltered covered patio which leads to the front terrace.
