The Kastraki Villa P2 has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a large covered patio to one side of the villa.

The villa has a surface area of 160 m2 with additional outside stone terraces and a balcony, together with 811 m2 land for private use.

The villa has beautiful views from the main floor and from the upper balcony.
 
 

The main floor consists of an open-plan living room with an adjacent dining room and kitchen, a shower room, a studio bedroom and the covered patio.
The studio is next to the shower room and can also have a separate entrance from the side of the villa.

The kitchen will have fitted cupboards and a work surface in marble or another suitable material according to choice.

  
  The kitchen opens on to the covered patio.
From the living room double doors open on to the front terrace which has beautiful views towards the sea.
