The Kastraki Villa P3 has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with an additional 2-room studio apartment, 6 bedrooms in total.

The villa has a surface area of 146m2 with additional outside stone terraces and a balcony, together with 2043 m2 land for private use.

The main floor consists of an open-plan living room with an adjacent dining room and kitchen.
     
 

In front of the living room is a covered entrance; both the living-and dining rooms open on to the front terrace.
From the terrace there are beautiful views across the countryside towards the sea.
The terrace is built in natural stone, has 2 wooden pergolas and extends from the front of the covered entrance to the side of the villa
The kitchen will have fitted cupboards and a work surface in marble or another suitable material according to choice.
