The Kastraki Villas are just a few minutes walking distance from the beautiful sandy beaches of Kastraki and Angali.
The villas are have been designed by an excellent architect and are built to high standards of materials and construction.

The project consists of 7 villas, one group of three and one group of four villas.
The villas are built in such a way so that privacy is preserved.

The villas have beautiful panoramic views towards the sea along the entire Southwest coast of Naxos.

This part of the island has a succession of sandy beaches, which are relatively quiet even at the height of summer.
 
  The private grounds associated with each villa provide ample space for a swimming pool if so desired.

Each villa will have its individual access and parking space.
The villas are in a quiet rural location; the area can only be reached via an unpaved road which is in good condition. The distance to the main road is less than a kilometre, the distance to Naxos town and the small local airport is 15 km.
 
  The village of Kastraki has a seasonal mini-market and is just a few minutes walking distance; there are several traditional tavernas in the area.
The distance to Mikri Vigla which has a wind- and kite surfing centre and two large supermarkets (open from April till November) is about 5 km.

Included in the prices for each villa are:
Individual septic tank, electricity and water meters.
 
  Front perimeter stone wall with access door or gate
Fitted cupboards in kitchen and bedrooms (or double wardrobes in the bedrooms)
All bathroom fittings, including the water heater.
