Orkos
View Villa is a new luxury villa in a unique location; the villa

The house was designed and built by the architect Kostas Kapiris

The villa is reached via a small cement road; distance to the

At
night the sun sets over the island of Paros and magnificent sunset
views can be seen from the location of the villa.
Plaka beach is one of the longest sheltered sandy beaches in Naxos;
there are a variety of small beaches close
by and Orkos beach, about 1 km. distance, is a favourite
beach with wind surfers.
A small Italian restaurant is a short distance from the villa.

During
the season, the nearby hamlet of Mikri Vigla has two well stocked
supermarkets and a range of tavernas.
The supermarkets supply fresh bread, milk, fruit and vegetables
as well as general supplies.
Out of season, Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance,
has some excellent supermarkets and a general
range of shops and restaurants.

The private grounds have ample space for a swimming pool if required.
The garden area can be left in an uncultivated condition as low
growing vegetation occurs naturally in the area.
