The Kastraki project consists of 5 apartments in a quiet rural setting near the hamlet of Kastraki.
The apartments are about 150 meters walking distance from a succession of beautiful sandy beaches.

The beaches are very quiet even at the height of the summer.
There is no coastal road between Mikri Vigla and Kastraki; traffic is limited to a few local vehicles.
 
  This part of the coast has hardly any tourist development.
The apartments have wide ranging sea views from the ground floor and from the large balconies on the first floor.

They each have a small garden in front bordered by a low wall in natural stone and additonal land at the back.
Each apartment has a paved terrace at the back with a view to the mountains of the interior.
 

  The apartments are built in such a away as to preserve privacy.

All of them, apart from E3, have a covered veranda in front which is indicated on the plans and which can easily be closed to extend the internal living space.

In two separate buildings at the back of the apartments is a storage space for each apartment and storage for the central heating system.
 
  There is taverna and a mini market within walking distance of the apartments. Mikri Vigla, about 10 minutes driving distance, has a larger super market and a variety of restaurants.
Close by Mikri Vigla is Orkos Beach which has ideal wind-and kite surfing conditions; 2 wind- and kite surfing schools provide lessons and equipment hire.
Naxos town, about 25 minutes driving distance, has some excellent supermarkets, a medical center and general range of shops.
    The price for the finished apartments includes:
  Fully fitted kitchen (except the electrical appliances).
All bathroom fittings.
Fitted cupboards in the bedrooms.
Terraces paved in natural stone with a wooden pergola. Boundary walls in natural stone.
Under-floor pipes for the central heating system.
Electrical wiring for air conditioning units (units not included).

The apartments all have an open-plan living room and a dining room with an adjacent kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor.
The first floor contains the bedrooms and a bathroom. This arrangement can be reversed if preferred.
 There will be dividing walls between the balconies on the first floor to preserve privacy.
