The Mikri Vigla beach villas project will consists of 2 or 3 villas in a peaceful rural location 100 meters distance from the beautiful sandy beach of Mikri Vigla.
This part of the coast has a succession of beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water, about 12 km long. Even at the height of summer the beaches are relatively peaceful.
The area can be reached via an unpaved road which is negotiable with a normal car.

 

 

The villas will have traditional stone walls of 50 cm. thickness.
The villas have an elegant design and will be built to very high standards of construction.

They have been designed and will be constructed by one of the best architects on Naxos.

The villas have not yet been built; once a villa is sold the construction process will take 18 months.


  One of the villas has already been sold.
The remaining building licence allows for a single large villa of 180m2, (villa B) or for 2 semi-detached villas; one villa of 101m2 and a second one of 82m2, (B1 & B2).
Villa B is a spacious family home of 180m2 with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet and a store room.
The villa has 2 covered verandas which are enclosed on 3 sides and two large terraces with a pergola on each side of the villa.
 
    The extensive terraces provide outdoor dining areas with both sun and shade and will greatly extend the living space of the villas.

The ground floor terraces will be 1.8 to 2 meters high with beautiful sea views in all directions along the coast, including sunset views.

On the second floor the bedrooms open on to spacious balconies which have extensive panoramic sea views along the Southwest coast
   
  The Mikri Vigla project is new and at this stage the internal space can be adapted to a great extent to the preferences of the prospective buyer.

The second option within the building licence is 2 semi-detached villas.
The villas are designed so that privacy is preserved.

The terraces and upstairs balconies are to the side of each villa and face in opposite directions.
 
Alyko villa  

The villas are separated by a covered veranda and a small staircase.
Both villas have an open-plan living room with an adjacent dining room and fitted kitchen.

Each villa has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a store room, a covered veranda and a patio with a pergola and built-in seating.

The upstairs bedrooms open on to spacious balconies with built-in seats.

 
 

Both villas will have approximately 800 m2 private ground each.

There are 2 traditional taverna on the beach within walking distance and there a variety of other restaurants in the area.
From April till November Mikri Vigla has 2 well stocked super markets which sell fresh produce.
Out of season Naxos town, about 20 minutes driving distance
, has a good range of shops and restaurants.

   
 

The beach at Mikri Vigla is sheltered from the North wind.

On the other side of the Mikri Vigla headland, at Orkos beach, is an I.K.O.wind- and kitesurfing center which provides lessons and hire of equipment.

Orkos Beach has ideal wind-and kite surfing conditions; 2 wind- and kite surfing schools provide lessons and equipment hire.

   
The price for the finished villa(s) includes:
 

Fully fitted kitchen (except the electrical appliances).
All bathroom fittings.
Fitted cupboards in the bedrooms.

Terraces paved in natural stone with wooden pergolas. 
Boundary walls in natural stone.
Under-floor pipes for the central heating system.
Electrical wiring for air conditioning units (units not included).
