ground floor has a large open-plan living room with a fully
fitted kitchen and dining area and a master bedroom of apr.
20 m2 with an adjacent bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a
fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc.
The living room and the kitchen both open on to the front terrace
and the swimming pool area.

The first floor is accessible both from inside and via an external
staircase and can be used as an independent accommodation if required.
This floor has a second master bedroom of apr. 20 m2, a small
kitchen with a fridge, a shower room and a second living room
of apr. 11 m2.
The second living room has a double sofa bed and opens on to a
large balcony which has beautiful views towards St. George's beach.

In
total there are 2 master bedrooms; a third small bedroom of
9 m2 is to the side of the house and has a sofa bed.
Apart
from the sofa bed in the upstairs living room, the main living
room also has 2 double sofa beds.
The villa has a sheltered outdoor barbeque area and a shaded
seating area near the swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor
furniture. |

The villa is in a quiet location, on the outside edge of a small
group of private villas which are all set in their own grounds
but is within easy reach of several sheltered sandy beaches and
Naxos town.
The area can be reached via a small unpaved road which has no
traffic.
The
village and the sandy beach of Agios Prokopios are about 1 km
distance.
This
part of the coast is sheltered from the prevailing North wind.

The
village Agios Prokopios has several small supermarkets and a range
of beach front tavernas and cafe's.
St. George' beach has ideal windsurfing conditions and has 2 windsurfing
schools.
Naxos
town, about 5 minutes driving
distance, has some excellent supermarkets and a general range
of shops.

The villa has air-condition, satellite TV and a washing machine
which can be used by the guests.
For
children up to 2 years old half the daily rates are calculted.
The villa has an ISDN internet connection
and Wi-Fi.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is recommended. |
