adjacent bathroom with a jacuzzi and a shower.
The living room and the kitchen both open on to the front terrace
and the swimming pool area.
Next to the living room is a second bedroom with independent
access which also opens on to the front terrace. |

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc.
The first floor is accessible both from inside and via an external
staircase and can be used as an independent accommodation if required.
This floor has a third bedroom with a small kitchen, a shower
and a sitting room which opens on to a large balcony with beautiful
views towards St.
George's beach. The living room has a double sofa bed. |

The villa has a sheltered outdoor barbeque area and a shaded seating
area near the swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
The villa is in a quiet location, on the outside edge of a small
group of private villas which are all set in their own grounds
but is within easy reach of several sheltered sandy beaches and
Naxos town.
The area can be reached via a small unpaved road which has no
traffic. |

The
village and the sandy beach of Agios Prokopios are about 1 km
distance. This part of the coast is sheltered from the prevailing
North wind.
The
village Agios Prokopios has several small supermarkets and a range
of beach front tavernas and cafe's.
St. George' beach has ideal windsurfing conditions and has 2 windsurfing
schools. |

Naxos
town, about 5 minutes driving
distance, has some excellent supermarkets and a general range
of shops.
The villa has air-condition, satellite TV and a washing machine
which can be used by the guests.
The villa also has an ISDN internet connection and a PC for the
use of the clients.
For general freedom and mobility, car
rental is recommended. |
