The
Villa Bella at Glyfada beach is in a beautiful
location, just 120 meter from the sandy beach of Glyfada and
has a swimming pool of 40m2.
The villa is architect designed and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Accommodation is for up to 10 persons.
In the spring and autumn the villa borders a shallow sweet water
lake which is just 30 cms deep and can be easily walked across.
In July and August the lake is dry. Glyfada beach is one of
a long succession of sandy beaches on the Southwest
coast of Naxos. |

The
villa is built on several levels and is very spacious, 140 sqm.
There is a large open-plan kitchen/dining area and lounge with
an open fire place.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has an American style fridge/freezer
with and ice-cube maker.
From the kitchen there is access to a walled terrace with a pergola;
the terrace provides a sheltered outdoor dining area. |

From
there stone steps provide access to a very spacious roof terrace
with built-in seating and panoramic sea views, perfect for sunset
drinks or for watching the stars.
From the lounge French doors open on to the extensive front
terrace which has uninterrupted views to the sea. The front
terrace has a pergola and built-in seats.
From the lounge small steps lead up to a spacious living room
from where double French doors open on to a large balcony with
sea views.

The
living room has 2 double sofa beds.
On the same level is a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom.
From
the lounge some steps lead down to a second floor which has
three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and jacuzzi.
All the bedrooms have fitted cupboards and air-condition. There
is a store room with a washing machine which can be used by
the guests. |

The
Villa Bella is beautifully designed and built to high standards.
There are marble floors throughout and the villa has air-condition.
The villa is set in its own extensive grounds of 2130 sqm. and
has stone terraces of 137 sqm, an outdoor shower and a barbeque.
There are a variety of relatively quiet sandy beaches to explore
not far from the villa. The headland of nearby Alyko has a rare
species of cedar trees and is a protected nature reserve. |

There
are a variety of restaurants in the immediate area, one is within
five minutes walking distance.
The nearby village of Kastraki, about 5 minutes driving distance,
has a mini-market which sells fresh produce and bread.
Mikri
Vigla, about 5 kms distance, has two well supplied supermarkets.
Distance
to Naxos town and the local airport: 17 kms.
For freedom and mobility car
rental is essential.
