The
Stelida villa is a spacious family accommodation with beautiful
sea views on the Stelida peninsula, close to the long sandy beach
of Agios Prokopios.
The main villa has 2 independent apartments attached and can accommodate
9 to 10 persons.
The villa is is in a quiet and beautiful location;there is a very
large and beautiful garden which is a safe environment for children
as there is no passing traffic. |

From
the spacious garden terrace there are uninterrupted views across
the Aegean towards the island of Paros.
The main part of the villa consists of an open plan and split
level sitting room
with a fully fitted kitchen and dining room. The sitting room
has large, comfortable sofas and a TV.
From the sitting room French doors open on to the spacious balcony
with beautiful views across the sea. |

From
the sitting room there is also access to a second terrace with
outdoor seating.
The kitchen is fully
equipped and has a ceramic hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer,
a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
A staircase leads down to the lower level which has 3 bedrooms
and two shower rooms with a toilet each. One of the bathrooms
has a washing machine which can be used by the guests. |

The
first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two built-in
single beds on each side and French doors which open onto the
spacious terrace and the garden.
The third bedroom is for a single person and has also access
to the outside terrace and the garden.
The main part of the villa has marble floors throughout and
central heating.
Accommodation in the main part is for up to five people. |

The
two apartments provide accommodation for another 4 persons.
Apartment A has air-condition, is very spacious and has its own
fitted kitchen and large shower room with toilet.
There is a double bed and two spacious built-in sofas, one of
which can be used for an extra bed.
Apartment B has a double bed with 2 adjacent mattresses and a
shower room with a toilet. |

Both
apartments have seating areas on the garden terrace which
runs along the entire length of the house and the garden.
There is a mobile barbeque which can be used by the guests.
In the front of the house is another terrace with flowers
and a carport with space for two cars.
Stelida Villa is on the edge of a small group of large private
villas all set in their own grounds with mature gardens.

Prokopios
beach is about 7 minutes walking distance.
The village of Agios Prokopios, which has some minimarkets and
a variety of restaurants, is about 15 minutes walking distance;
the nearest bus stop 10 minutes.
For general convenience and mobility car rental is recommended.
Car rental can be
arranged and your rental car can be delivered to the port or the
local airport for your arrival. |

Naxos
town, about 10 minutes
driving distance, has some excellent supermarkets and a general
range of shops.
For general freedom and mobility, car
